Rigorous Testing Procedures
After the initial design phase, every tool is subjected to thorough testing in our facility. We utilize a dedicated test well equipped with a powerful 150,000-pound ram, enabling us to both pull and push the tool assembly under the maximum recommended pressure. This process guarantees that the tools perform optimally under the most challenging conditions. The pressure test conducted in our test well reaches up to 20,000 psi, while the temperature range extends as high as 700°F, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards before deployment in the field.
Stringent Inspection and Quality Assurance
Our inspection process is exceptionally rigorous, with a focus on achieving 100% inspection for tools with tight tolerances, high-pressure, and high-temperature requirements. This approach is designed to meet our target of 0% failure under extreme conditions. To further enhance performance, Target utilizes premium spring and rubber products, ensuring that our tools consistently deliver maximum pressure and temperature capabilities.
