PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Target Completions T907 H2P dual string hydraulic set double grip production packer. The H2P is designed for use in vertical and deviated well bore in zonal isolation or Esp installations. The H2P is also available with multiple bores for control lines, chemical injection lines, ESP cable and electrical lines for downhole monitoring instruments. The H2P can be supplied either long string set, short string set or control line set modes. The packer can be shear released with straight pull on the long string at a pre-determined shear pin value. The H2P is a centerline out design improving the performance, interchangeability of parts, added gage rings allowing for specific casing weight reducing extrusion gap and increasing performance of the element system, improved releasing / upper slip system with alignment sight insuring the packer slip system is assembled in the same order everytime. The H2P is also has a longer stroke cylinder section for customized element systems, but the overall gage body length has been reduced in the new design. The H2P can be supplied with peek backups, custom element systems and materials for specialized applications.

OPERATION

Setting: Identify that the packer is short string or long string set. Run packer to desired depth and pressure tubing string to the recommended set pressure and the packer will set shearing the setting shear pins, engage the slips into the casing wall and packing off the element system. The H2P packer sets without any tubing manipulation, so tubing can be flanged up at surface before setting of the H2P packer. The setting shear screws are

field adjustable.

Release: Straight pick up of the long tubing string (or primary string) will shear the releasing shear screws and with further pickup release the packer from the casing. The release shear

screws are field adjustable.
