Target Completions T670 Optima WS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Target Completions T670 Optima WS is a single bore permanent production packer that can be set on wireline, hydraulic set or mechanical set using the appropriate adapter kit and setting tool. Typically the Optima WS is set on wireline using a e-line pressure setting tool in the wellbore, then latching or locating the tubing string into the seal bore and then removing any pressure control devices.
The Optima WS is ideally suited for high pressure and temperature applications due to the design of the tool with 340 degree slip contact area insures slips do not damage casing and the 360 degree
anti-extrusion rings minimize the extrusion gap for the packing element.
*The Optima WS is available in 12.5k and 15K applications, upgraded with proprietary element system
and premium thread connections.
OPERATION
Setting:
Assemble packer to appropriate wireline adapter kit and then install on e-line pressure setting tool and run into well bore, activate pressure setting tool and set packer at desired location.
Release:
The Optima WS was designed to be milled over and pulled using a packer plucker, the design of the tool uses cast iron parts that are easily millable.
