Operation:

The tubing swivel allows surface connections to remain in place while the work string is rotated and moved vertically. It is primarily used in conjunction with the “SST’ to provide a means of operating the by-pass valve while the treating line is connected. It can also be used to facilitate the operation of other Tryton packers, cementing or for light drilling.
