Operation:

The Launch-HS Frac Sleeve is designed for selectively stimulating multiple zones in either open or cased hole applications. The Launch-HS can be used in either horizontal or vertical wells and is usually the first valve ran in the well accompanied by multiple T-Nemec Frac Sleeves. The Launch-HS Frac Sleeve is hydraulically opened with an internal locking mechanism to ensure the open position is securely maintained. The Launch-HS Frac Sleeve is activated by circulating a ball into a drillable piston seat located below the Launch-HS. Differential hydraulic pressure shifts the piston down and locks the piston into the open position. The Launch-HS Frac Sleeve is available with either a steel or a cast iron drillable inner sleeve.
